Best Law Firm Ever!!! Professional service. Every appointment I received a phone call reminder and they even let me know where to park. Attorney Megan Wilson was my attorney and she is amazing and her other attorney’s that worked with her were all amazing too. Had the most amazing results possible. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessWe were assigned Joe.. Attorney did not communicate at all. I had to keep calling because he never responded to emails. Very rude. Unprofessional and lazy.Case was agreed to file a petition, represent us in court and fight for a result. We paid up front, in full. Which was a mistake because they didnt have to work for it once they had it. They filed 1 petition and called the case done. The court system rushed the petition through without a second glance. But Joe was happy to not have to do his job and just left it where it landed. No appeal, no appearance, didn’t even ask to be put on calendar. Spent 20 minutes on the case total and ran with our money. The contract states that they “will work diligently for a desired outcome” when all they did was send a document. He put zero “work” into our case. And when I called him the final time, he just blew me off telling me that we “got what we paid for”. Not to mention the amount of times I had to call and sit on hold because he was too busy for his clients. We paid $2500.00 to send a document and there wasn’t even a filing fee.The contract states “no guarantee of an outcome” but it does state they will at least TRY. Which he did not, at all.. Completely ripped us off.I put all the work into our case. Not them. Joe didn’t earn a cent of what we paid and we’re still left at step one. Would NOT recommend this office for any reason. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value10/10 would not recommend this law firm. To put in very short minimal details. My family went through a very traumatic experience, where our dad was put into life support from an accident. During this time my family member was being represented by one of the lawyers from this firm. I had a question about an issue that had come up. I have never spoken to any of these people before in my life. My father, the one that was on life support, is the one who did all the communication and was recommended this firm. I called on behalf of one of my family members to ask a simple question about an issue that I didn’t understand. I left a message for the lawyer we were using. He didn’t call me back, however Bill James did call me back. I was explaining the situation to him and he told me he knew all about the situation. So I preceded to ask him my question and told him I didn’t understand something that had come up, explaining that my dad would be handling this but he can’t so I was trying to figure out what was going on. At this point he starts yelling at me. Yelling at me over things that do not even begin to address me question. Things I had no clue about and didn’t even have the chance to address. So I told him I wasn’t going to allow him to speak to me in that manner, it was completely unprofessional. He says “How’s this for unprofessional” and hangs up the phone. I call him back two times and both times he puts on a Spanish accent and pretends he doesn’t know the number that is calling. All of this hate and rudeness and I simply had a question. I never heard from the lawyer that actually handled the case, but I handled it myself. Another family member left a review on his page and a lawyer from this firm threatened to share details about the case and called me “whiny”. If by chance they even read these I pray that you never get to see that kind of hate inflicted on one of your family members during one of the darkest times of their life, or anytime for that matter. So if you’d like representation that degrades their clients and their families, definitely chose this firm. Hey, he can pretend to be bilingual and everything. I’ve read several of the negative reviews and it looks like every one gets a hateful reply back, can’t wait to see mine and the excuses they make up to go along with this behavior!10/10 would not recommend this law firm. William James Jr emailed me shortlythereafter and replied “I would take the shot”.That is the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing you can say to someone after they clearly told you that it goes against their religious beliefs.
