Her slogan, “I don’t take no for an answer” may be HER saying, but not one of her MANY attorneys that work for her. You NEVER get to see her or speak to her. I hired that law office as my disability attorney and was assigned one of her random attorney’s. Had 4 denials for my disability before they told me that I to start all over again. I wasn’t going to waste another 2 years of my life with that law firm and lose more work credits. I hired a different attorney that I have known several people to use and got their disability awarded to them in hopes of a more favorable outcome. If anyone would like to know what attorney I hired, please reach out to me. You actually get to speak to him. When you start with Jan Dils office, you are assigned a worker that handles your case. When you call them, they NEVER answer and always have to leave a voicemail and it is usually a day or so before they call you back. The new attorney I hired, you always get to speak to him or his paralegal every time you call. It has been much more of a pleasant experience.

They are friendly most of the time. I’m not sure about the success rate I hear it’s good but I’ve been fighting for my easily win disability case for two years now. I think that’s due to the system though. I just wish they acted more personable and like they cared about your situation. I’ll update this post once my case is concluded. (2-11-19)

I contacted Jan Dils office to handle my disability claim. I got stuck with someone working for her instead. Not enough time was spent preparing for my court date or preparing me for court. When I went to court the person handling my case had hardly any of my medical records. I had provided medical records and information for them to get the additional records that were needed. At court they had very few of my medical records. After my denial at court I was told by the person handling my case that they would file another appeal within 30 days. When I contacted them later they had not filed the appeal and aren’t going to. Before court I asked about having one of my doctors testify but I was told by the person handling my case that I should be approved without the doctors testimony. I wasn’t approved and think my case could have been handled a lot better.

Case managers seem like they are amateur at times. They prefer to talk through email which I hate. I didn’t agree with VA rating and instead of fighting for a more fair rating, they said they were happy with it. They have helped in some aspects, but I’m not 100% pleased.

This is one of the finest law offices to be found. my husband filed for his Veterans’ Disability with the Dils law fir and due to their expertise received 100% from Social Security and will be finalizing his Veterans’ benefits in the very near future. I being a veterans as well , filed for my disability and within a few short months received 50% and the firm is working diligently to get my percentage higher! These people are dedicated professionals, there is no finer firm to handle your affairs, whether Veteran or other wise Jan Dils and her staff delivers!
