Hands down BEST firm. They are the most understanding, kindest, hardworking, determined and diligent attorneys in Fairbanks. They helped me win my stressful child custody/divorce case. They took all the stress away. Now I’m living my best life. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a case that had a fairly clear and reasonably easy case to prove what happened was as a result of domestic violence and that I had little choice to do what I did. (I literally had to choose between my dogs and my unborn child) Jason Weiner told me that he could definitely work with me on getting my charges dropped. When I came in for discovery, not even halfway through, he pulled out his phone and started scrolling through the news and literally was not paying attention. Then, he was short and dismissive about all of my questions, advised me with an accusatory tone that I should go with the plea bargain because it would be too hard for him to prove, and then dismissed me because he was late for a meeting. This man, who knew I have been severely abused and poorly treated by men, did not show a single drop of compassion for me or my case and did not behave in a manner that was not intimidating to one who has had my experiences in interacting with men. When it came to the time of my hearing, I had accepted the plea deal because I felt I had no other choice and while he and the prosecutor were discussing what they wanted me to do, he started out pretty decent, but caved the moment he had an opportunity to defend me against having a harsher treatment. I had a case that had a fairly clear and reasonably easy case to prove what happened was as a result of domestic violence and that I had little choice to do what I did. (I literally had to choose between my dogs and my unborn child) Jason Weiner told me that he could definitely work with me on getting my charges dropped.
