The absolute worst lawyer I’ve ever had. Milked me and my family for 3k. I was able to see my daughter 5 times in one year. No progress, mediation was a joke. Paralegal is his wife who has no respect for clients at all. Please go anywhere but here.

Critical: QualityI had no experience with lawyers until my divorce so I didn’t know what good or bad looked like until late in my divorce process. I am now living year in and year out with the consequences of the very poor representation I received from Jason. He was consistently late for my hearings, didn’t seem to know my case, often seemed intimidated by opposing counsel, was disorganized, gave no or poor advice during the process, and did not communicate with me unless I initiated the contact. Even though I paid Jason over 20k, I got stuck with very high alimony and no contact with my children. I had no experience with lawyers until my divorce so I didn’t know what good or bad looked like until late in my divorce process. I am now living year in and year out with the consequences of the very poor representation I received from Jason. Jason White is the most professional, competent attorney you could ask for! He has an easygoing personality and a real way with people–but he also gets the job done in a very professional manner. Jason and his staff, including his wife, are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are great to work with, very intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate, honest, sincere, and they take the time to listen to and answer all questions. I was very impressed from the first time I went for a consultation. I have used four or five other lawyers in Utah county during several years of custody stuff, child support, alimony…normal divorce issues. Nothing ever got resolved or finalized until I finally had Jason as my attorney. Not only did he get me what was fair and right, and the job done quickly, he helped me understand my rights and he is very good at seeing a realistic out come before he even gets started. I wanted a lawyer who was determined, experienced, intimidating and also very honest. I finally found that with Jason after four or five other attorneys failing to get the job done correctly and quickly!!! He also cost less than any of my other attorneys who strung me along for months which turned into years. Jason worked with my financial situation and was there to help me 200%. I have total faith and trust in Jason’s skills and abilities as far as being an EXCELLENT attorney. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, while not recommending the other attorneys I have used over the years in Utah county.
