As a Realtor, it is imperative that we work with Great Attorneys to ensure a clear and smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers.

The J radford team are truly special especially Jenny Garcia! We had a very mess business transaction due to the people who were purchasing my home. Jenny some how kept the ball moving and kept it as smooth as possible no matter what kept popping up! If I ever buy or sell again this is the team I’ll be having work for me.

I’ve been using Jeff Radford’s office for years for my Real Estate Agency and I absolutely love them especially Jenny. She’s so quick to respond and gets the job done! I never have to wait on an answer.

Great group that goes above and beyond to please all of clients with their real estate needs. My go to in the thick of the crazy. It’s definitely a bonus when I see their name on the docs.

This is the law office that I recommend when it comes to real estate transactions! I’ve been working with Jenny and the staff down at Jeff Radford‘s office for the past four years and they have been awesome! They make it a priority to provide outstanding customer service and are prompt and courteous when returning phone calls. I highly recommend them when it comes to real estate transactions!!

Overall poor communication. 2 stars only because my lender probably contributed to a late closing as well but wont use again in the future.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessMy closing was moved up to noon to ensure documents would be recorded before the holiday weekend. Finished paperwork around 1. They missed a document and we sent back immediately. At 3:30 contacted office to ensure documents were sent over with no answer. Contacted again at 4:30 no answer. Through all of this, the attorney could have contacted us and communicated that they missed the 2:30 deadline but did not. Had to call the courthouse to find out they didn’t efile the documents over until 4:37. Such a Nightmare. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMy experience with the attorney office of Jeffrey Radford handling the closing of my house when I was the seller was what I would term as, “The Closing from Hell”. I’ve bought and sold 5 houses in my life and have never experienced anything like this closing. Without knowing all the details that were going on behind the scenes, what I do know is that the closing was rescheduled 6 times for various reasons (some involving the lender), the deed was delayed a day for registering due to there being a problem with the original deed (which I realized Jeff Radford also did 9 years earlier), to my check for the sale of my house not being sent to me until 8 days after the check was cut! Even my real estate agent got his portion of the closing money before mine was sent out! When my agent asked Radford’s office why my check had not been sent, they would not give him an answer. The buyers were even allowed to move in before the deed was registered. The buyer’s agent offered to pay me $100 to let them stay in that night, which I accepted. I did not want to punish the buyers for the incompetence of those handling their closing. I tried calling numerous times to talk with Radford’s office myself, since I was the one paying the majority of the closing cost, but they would never answer the phone. My advice when looking for an Attorney is to stay as far away from this firm as possible. Lawyers are plentiful – find one that gets the work done in a timely, competent, and professional manner. If I could rate lower than one star, I would. My experience with the attorney office of Jeffrey Radford handling the closing of my house when I was the seller was what I would term as, “The Closing from Hell”. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhere do I even start… you may want to grab a cup of coffee. I helped my clients sell their home and the buyer’s agent selected this attorney for their closing. I been in business for 15 years and this has to be the worst attorney ever! It started off well, with communication. We gave them everything they needed on-time. My clients were closing on their new home the same day so weeks before closing, I asked if they will wire the seller funds to the other attorney. They told me yes and what they needed. I got them that information. A few days before closing, I followed up with everything to make sure we were all good. They didn’t have our closing even scheduled! They told us they don’t do wires. The title work was not even done. The lady who I had communication with was out of town! I started all over. They told me they don’t do wires… I had to drive 1 hour to come pick up the check. After some begging and flipping out, they agreed to a wire with the other attorneys wire instructions notarized. Which my atty thought was so silly because someone could of still printed false info and get that notarized. My attorney sent them wire instructions that were sent by secure email but that didn’t work for them. On top of all that, our closing got delayed by a week due to some lender issues. My client had to go dig up last minute documents at night that the attorney needed. The hoa payoff was never ordered. They said they requested days ago but when I called, the company said they would see the request in the system as pending and there was nothing!!! We were delayed for an extra week so there was no reason why I was doing their job to get hoa payoffs at 9pm the night before closing the next morning. They held extra funds out of my sellers proceeds incase hoa came back with different figures but we knew what it needed to be. They promised they would repay my sellers the overage after closing. It took over a week for them to cut and mail my check. My sellers proceeds that we needed the same day for closing… we sat around for 2 hours waiting on it. When I called, they said it would be 2 minutes… 2 hours later it came in! After closing, a few days later my seller saw her mortgage was not closed out on her recently sold home and now there were late fees too. They did agree they would pay those and get it closed out. After like 20 emails about the overage on hoa credit, my seller finally got her overage paid to her. This was after calls and emails and explaining they are wrong with trying to hold these extra fees from my seller. The fees they were charging for were because they made a rush order to get the hoa payoff… which is not my sellers fault. This office had plenty of time to request this information. Anyways, finally they got their check a month or so later. There were tons of other things that happened but I think this review is long enough. Hope they can learn from the bad reviews and change their systems.Where do I even start… you may want to grab a cup of coffee. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessAbsolutly terrible held up closing for over 18 days over a title issue that 2 other real-estate attorneys said their is no issue with. No calls back, and took 13 days for someone to even look at the file. Out of all the attorneys I have worked with this one is the worst. Avoid at all costs.
