In May the firm was paid to do and file paperwork of estate and deed. It is now September and he has NOT filed paperwork in court for deed. Two appointments were made with John (clerk) and both time Mr. Zimring did not call back on the appointments. He is taking new clients at this time and will meet and talk with them. But after you pay in full he will NOT call you back and the representative will lie to you about case and so WILL Mr. Zimring about case. I have it on audio of Mr. Zimring stating he filed paperwork for deed and he did not as on 9/29 per the court clerks office.

Critical: ResponsivenessFeel as though once the fee is paid for services then there’s no follow up. Emails go unanswered. Frustrating to deal with this when you are going through a difficult time. I’ve called numerous times and only get his assistant. “I’ll pass your questions and requests along to Mr. Zimring” is what I get every time.
