I was Injured from a tetanus shot. Yes, a tetanus shot. At the time I had no idea that was even a thing. At first I just kept going to doctors appointments to treat the injury. Two things accord to me during this time. One, almost every doctor I went to tried telling me that it was not the tetanus shot that caused my injury; and two, I was about to max out my insurance spending limit card balance. Meaning, I’m about to start having to pay out of pocket for services needed. Well, it was very obvious to me and anyone around me, that the vaccine injured me. I received the shot at about 11:00PM from a med clinic, and at about 3:30 am I woke up In extreme pain in my shoulder, and had almost no movement. This went on and on. Needless to say, I was angry that they injured me, and now I’m having to pay for it. Both, with pain & money. After a short google search, i found Jeffrey S. Pop & Associates. I’m very glad I did. After an initial phone interview, they set me on track to pursue a settlement case. They always kept me posted on what step we were on, and where we we’re going, as far as my case was concerned.
