She took my case pretty late and had only one small meeting with me before. She decided not to request a continuance but to move forward with the case before we had an official meeting. She never requested production of discovery from the respondent and if she did, she never reviewed it with me. The case was lost due to case law in Oregon, and in our meeting it was briefly mentioned, but not emphasized as a high likelihood issue we would run into.

She knows nothing about her clients my almost 7 year old has autism and were in court for abuse on my 5 year old and she calls out to the judge your honor this 5 year old has autism i had to tell the judge no he dont thats my almost 7 year old the judge said well disabled children get abused to ouch!!! Today in court she tells the judge im withholding my children thats another lie we have proof with text from there father where he says my attorney said the box with no visitation is marked another lie my 5 year old has been abused pretty bad by his father and some by the girlfriend whats my job as a mom??? To protect when my ex was served with immediate danger motion she walks up to me and says wheres the immediate danger order?? Well your a attorney you should know that goes to the judge not you he gets the motion… i will not stop fighting for my children this man mentally and physically abused me with plenty of witnesses he told a mutual friend he wants me dead and told her he dont think the kids are his especially the oldest this is sad for my children my heart breaks for them im just glad i doctors therapist and child welfare workers there dad needs serious help to parent his kids the right way my poor baby in detail has told many people how his dad is going to kill his mommy… this attorney will defend and true child abuser
