This lawyer for this firm if it’s really even a law firm because usually at a lawyers office there are people to answer calls and at the very least, IF YOUR UNABLE TO ANSWER SAID CALLS, route them to the appropriate voicemail. Well that’s nonexistent. Also as a result of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced in any professional setting, we’re unable to relay or recieve critical case information. Without that your basically left to the wolf’s. The main “wolf” being the fact that time is of the utmost importance. That means you or your loved one is left to the 30 seconds of communication that may not even may not occur prior to whatever hearing is scheduled. This is incredibly concerning and is in my opinion an absolutely dereliction of their duty as a lawyer. If you find that your loved ones or you find your own self having been appointed to one Phil Johnson….be prepared to file some motions as I’m positive anyone in their right mind wants fair, competent, and COMMUNICATIVE representation. I’m actually convinced it’s written into some document pertaining to your rights! Smh….FAIL FAIL FAIL. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY A MINUTE LONGER THAN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY WITH THIS SOECIFIC LAWYER. AS IM CERTAIN YOU TOO WILL BE BECOME YET ANOTHER UNSATISFIED, POORLY TREATED, IGNORED CLIENT. Shame on you Phil Johnson. People lives are in the balance and I’m afraid you inability to preform even the basic functions of your DUTY to your clients has undoubtedly left much pain, suffering, and heartache in it’s wake.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueTerrible customer service, I will provide more insight below to what other negative reviews are stating “they give you the run around”.I have made several attempts to pay off my debt. The first option they give you is to make an offer which they tell you in 24-48 hours you will get a response. I waited a few days made several attempts to call back which always goes to voicemail. I left several messages and attempted to send emails over the course of a week. One day I decided to keep calling until someone answers at which it seemed to bug the clerk as she answered the phone angrily after about the 10th call. She told me my offer was accepted and they would send a email in 24-48 hours, which never came so I reached out again on the third day. And again had to make several call backs to get a hold of anyone, which I was told to just go to their website and print out the offer agreement and send in (why wasn’t I told this the first time!). Now it is going on several days again and the payment has not been processed. Never have I had such an issue making someone take my money.Terrible customer service, I will provide more insight below to what other negative reviews are stating “they give you the run around”. …More
