Critical: QualityIf there’s one thing I’ve learned from hiring attorneys over the years (I’m an avid investor) it’s that you rarely find one who will shoot you straight.Let’s be real, these people manipulate the truth for a living, so when they pitch you something, it’s always a manipulation of the truth, this goes for any lawyer, not just these guys.I hired Paul Roshka from the firm. I was very specific on my requests and expectations, because I know this legal game well.He agreed and quoted me a firm price.As soon as I paid the retainer the tune changed.It went from an easy case, to all of a sudden an international issue. He had all the facts up front, he just wanted more money now that I was roped in.On top of that, they took my retainer then outsourced me to another firm. I could have skipped the middle man in this case.I fired them after they burned through an entire $20k retainer in less than a month, with no results, after Paul assured me $20k should cover all the cost of the suit when we did our initial call.I’d say these guys are the used car salesmen of lawyeringIf you don’t know the lawyer game, you’d just think this is normal practice, but if you have an ounce of integrity, you can see these guys just want to drain you of as much money as they can bit by bit.I’ve never fired anyone as fast as I fired these guys.
