was never sent me a retainer, Deyanira Roque never responded to any of my emails, never called me back to discuss the case or representing me for the case. I spoke to her twice, once on the 10th of January and the 2nd time on the 11th and both times you only asked me for a $500 payment and did not discuss my case with me. The only time she called me was to collect money and when I told her firm that I no longer need your representation. You should be calling me to discuss my case along with collecting my money.
