My experience with Diana Wadsworth at Tax Techs was very concerning. She accused me of being a liar and wouldn’t help with a simple request. I tried several means of reaching her but she was only available by email and her emails were very unprofessional and discriminatory. I wouldn’t suggest doing business with this tax agency in any capacity.

Took my paperwork in on March 3rd for my personal and business taxes. Gave them a month, heard nothing from them. I called to check on the progress of my tax return and all I got was we will call you when they are done. I called again April 18th, was told they were not done, but an extention would be filed and I needed to do nothing. Called again in May, was told they would call me back, never happened. I called again in June, same run around. Called last week which was the first week of July, everyone was busy, but they would call me right back, never happened. Worst CPA I have ever dealt with. I will never deal with them again. UPDATE: Finally got my taxes done and they tried charging me twice what I was quoted. On top of that, I received a bill from the IRS saying I now owe them $2400 in late fees since I did not file an extension. Another lie to add to the list that they said they did. Only took them 8 months to do my taxes, and now my refund went to pay a fine. Now I have to deal with the IRS and get a lawyer to try and get my money back. Run, run far away!
