Critical: ProfessionalismI confirmed an appointment for Friday the 14th at 4pm with Jesse’s assistant on Wednesday the 12th and turned in all documents to her that afternoon. We show up at 4pm Friday to speak with Jesse (at our confirmed appointment time) and he was in the back watching horse races . When his assistant realized she had forgotten our appointment she told us we would probably have to reschedule because she forgot. She took the paperwork back to Jesse and we could hear him complaining to her about not knowing about our appointment. He didn’t even know she has had the paperwork since Wednesday until she went back there. Then he proceeded to tell her he was busy and on the phone and slammed the door. She came out to reschedule and I walked out. was attempting to retain an attorney to assist with my daughter’s custody battle and made an appointment with this guy based on seeing 5 stars. Well here’s an honest review… Rude, brash to say the very very least. My daughter is dealing with trying to regain custody of her 5mo old baby after false allegations were made against her. She left there feeling worse than she did when she arrived. We politely ended the appointment after we quickly decided he wasn’t the guy for us and he actually shoved our paperwork back to me. If you can deal with someone with zero patience, talks to you rudely, abruptly interrupts you when you’re answering questions he asks, and feeling like you’re being chastised then he’s definitely the guy for you!!

I had a consultation with Mr Thompson and was told to bring in all my paperwork and we would help me with my issue. I waited 2 months to hear from him and did not. I called his office and he was very rude. He acted as if he had not told me to bring my papers in and said, “I don’t know what you think I can do for you!” Then I asked about getting my file back and was told they had moved and did not know if his assistant could find it. I went to the office and sat and waited until she did. Strange behavior from a legal professional.
