These guys are great, definitely recommend. We pretty much use them for many of our company’s legal problems. Not only were they able to help secure my partner’s immigration visa last year, a very difficult feat I might say under the administration at the time, but they also consulted us in cross border corporate partnership contracts. I’d worked with a lot of lawyers for my business but I’ve stuck with JLG ever since I first started a relationship with them many years ago. I found my previous attorneys a little too “businesslike”, and it was mostly about how much money they could squeeze out of me. JLG guys, though, have been extremely professional yet with caring. They’ve been tremendously helpful with my business from general legal issues to obtaining alcohol license for my brick and mortar on top of immigration related problems. Even their office space in financial district is so much more pleasant (warm and lively) than other law firms (cold and dull) I’ve been to. The employees always have positive and kind attitudes as well 😉 I 100% vouch for them!

We got into a huge problem during the closing of our co-op, the seller/ owner had a divorce case in process and refuse to move out. It affected our closing date and put us in a very bad situation. I was referred to Jia Law group for some consultations to help protect our rights. I am soooo glad we did. They assured us it will be resolved shortly and always kept us updated. And it did. Though the close was eventually delayed by 1 month, at least we were able to close our place. And most importantly didn’t have to continue dealing with all the stress and pressure from the seller.
