Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueJoe Griffith is in my opinion is one of the top Lawyers in the southeast . He is compassionate and understands the law better than any lawyer I have met. He always responds within 24-48 hours or sooner. He will let you know if it is in your best interest to accept an offer or go to trial even when he would make more money going to trial. He will let you know if he doesn’t do the type of law that you are asking about. I recommend him highly without reservation.Joe Griffith is in my opinion is one of the top Lawyers in the southeast . Positive: ProfessionalismWell to my surprise tonight, after posting my comments I posted earlier, I received a phone call around 9:30 p.m. and heard Joe Griffith starting to leave me a message, so I picked up the phone. Apparently, he stated he never saw the “submission” that was required to be filled out, via e-mail back to his office…….. and he remembered a phone call from me which I left later that day. Now I can honestly say that I never received and/or recognized caller ID name, if I would have been home to pick up the call. We spoke for two long hours because Mr, Griffith definitely shown concern, but because of State Law whereby it states that there is a two year statute of limitations to sue a hospital for malpractice and since MUSC Hospital, who were tired of receiving my monthly letters and phone calls now found it safe to call ad verbally admit to me that because of MUSC Hospital’s negligence, my husband died! They knew they could be truthful and there was nothing I could do.Mr. Griffith took the time to listen…….. he knew I needed to vent of what happened to my late husband and gave me the courtesy to listen and for this, it truly meant a lot. This is why I felt a need to NOW take back my appraisal on this law firm…….. and obviously, there wasn’t anything he or any attorney, and I have contacted several since the hospital called and admitted their fault…… Mr. Griffith was kind enough to listen, because I found him to be from the act of his concern, to call and speak to me for two hours…….On May 18th, 2020, I filled out their computer form/submission with the requested Contact Information and the Case Summary Results and a fully descriptive Case Description. early that day. Since I had NOT received a phone call and/or e-mail acknowledgement, I called at 6:25 and left a phone message, also leaving my name and phone number. THIS LAW FIRM NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED THE COMPLETED INTERNET FORM NOR DID I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL OR EVEN AN E-MAIL TO STATE IF THEY COULD TAKE MY CASE OR NOT…………… IF THIS IS AN EXAMPLE HOW THEY WOULD DEAL WITH A POSSIBLE CLIENT……… THEY SURE STROKED OUT WITH ME! ! !CR IN LITTLE RIVER, SCWell to my surprise tonight, after posting my comments I posted earlier, I received a phone call around 9:30 p.m. and heard Joe Griffith starting to leave me a message, so I picked up the phone.
