I had a bad car accident and Mr Reed and his associates were very helpful. Ms. Felicia Gamble reached out to me and was concerned and very communicative with me during the entire process. Critical: ResponsivenessI have not had any good luck with this firm. I have been patient and have been waiting to settle my car accident claim. I call once a week with no assistance on my claim. This is a black business and im all about supporting my own. I’m very disappointed in the service i have received. My accident still has not been resolved. I would never refer any of MY people here. I have not had any good luck with this firm. I have been patient and have been waiting to settle my car accident claim. I call once a week with no assistance on my claim.
