Terrible Company. I signed up with them a year ago for a case. Took 20 emails to get an initial reply. A year to issue a summon and zero activity on my filing. When I asked for a return of my 2500, they showed me a non refundable fee document and hang their hat on this document. I did sign it over a year ago. BEWARE! They’ll take your money and ghost you.

We had a very bad situation with our Home Owners Association concerning my dog and some of the neighbors. They were pushing to have my dog removed even though he was not the instigator of the problem. Elena Sanchez-Curtis stepped in as my attorney and negotiated with the HOA attorney. She clearly was more familiar with the Fair Housing Laws than the other attorney and quickly helped lay out a plan that would keep my dog at home and still pacify the neighbors. During our conversations, her approach and comments back to me sent a clear message that she was a very honest person and wanted to come up with a solution that would work for both sides but still meet my top goals. She kept my best interest in mind throughout the multiple negotiations that happened between the HOA and my family. i would gladly retain Elena as my attorney for any other situations that might come up in the future, especially if it included anything to do with Fair Housing Laws.

I edited this 8 months after they claim they didn’t represent me. They are correct, they took my money and did nothing, no representation….good call guys! An absolute joke……truly. I’m happy for the people that had a good experience with these guys, but they were unbelievably incompetent in handling my case. Read the letter I recently wrote them…..when one has to write the judge for leniency concerning the failure of their legal representation it’s a sad day. If you need an estate settled, avoid these guys like the plague. The only case I can see for hiring them is if one likes being ignored and horrible outcomes. I really hope they respond to this claiming they did their due diligence. I’ve done more work in a hammock after drinking a case of beer than these guys did for me. That’s a fact!
