I’m sorry that I’m just now writing my review because I’ve been with the company since 2013 and I cannot complain because I’ve gotten nothing short of GREAT service. I see other people complaining about how many case workers they’ve been through but, they fail to realize that in any business people come and go/grow and move on to bigger and better opportunities. I’ve been with John since 2013 like I said but, I still get Great customer service and when I do get a new person they email me to introduce themselves and then a follow up call to talk about my case. The ladies that I have now are Super Sweet and very knowledgeable and keeping me informed about my case. John I just want you to know that my caseworker and her assistant are AWESOME and doing you proud. Thank You to my caseworker and your your assistant/assistant’s for doing a Wonderful job and keeping me informed. You ladies also get five (5) STARS. Again I can’t Thank y’all enough.

John Hall is great and so are the case workers and managers I’ve dealt with. Only issue I ever had was one day with the receptionist when calling the 5000 number. Now I had called first time was transferred and spoke with someone about a scheduling issue with no problem and was waiting on a call back. I was having a bit of a busy day and attempting to juggle phone calls from their office amongst other things going on. So I was left a second message by a member of their team and I called back a second time asked to speak with the person re scheduling the appointment and politely apologized for calling back a second time and since I missed the call back and made A statement about “playing phone tag”.

Had to run down on them to get information about my case. Which ended up being 3 hours having to update them on my case. When I call to discuss my case, no reply. I needed something done in a timely manner and called to confirm, which I received an email reply. Unreliable and unprofessional. The actual lawyer cuts you off when you try to talk. My experience with them these past 9 months has been terrible. Will request for my records today and fire them as my lawyer. Found a caring one that actually gave me her cell number to keep in touch.

I will never use his services again. I went through more than 7 case mangers. They were all super sweet, but all my cases took years just to be compensated poorly. I’m so over this firm. I could write a book on my strife. I wish I could give him no stars!!!! My experience was HORRIBLE. Won’t risk hiring this firm EVER AGAIN. I’M DISGUSTED AND PISSED.

My injury was in March of 2009. As of March 2016, my case has yet to be over or my leave returned. Several times that I have called over the years I had to call to find out the status of my case only to find out that my case was given to yet another case manager. I believe I have had over 8 different case managers so far. For the first 4 to 5 years, I was paying for my own medication. When the workman’s comp doctor told me that I shouldn’t be paying for my meds, I questioned the case worker at that time. She confirmed and asked if I could get the receipts for my meds from all of the places I purchased them from over the 5 year period… REALLY? I THEN had to pay $100 out of my own pocket to get all of the forms and notes from my previous doctor to get my leave back. The latest was this week when my meds weren’t mailed to me and the company said it was because the case was closed due to lack of activity. I called the case worker on Monday and got a rude call taker that said my case manager was moving offices. I asked when I could speak to her because I needed my medication. The call taker rudely replied, “Well, she DOES have 24 hours to call you back,”. Wednesday, TWO days later, my case manager calls me back and tells me that she will call the adjuster to get my meds and that she’d call me back….FRIDAY I had to call HER to find out what was going on. “Oh, I’m still waiting on the adjuster to call me back.”. HELLOOOO!!! I need my medication. Why are you just waiting around for two days!!!! And still no call back. So it looks like I’ll be going a whole week without my heart medications. If I die, know it was because of the incompetence of this law firm.
