Before David Burbidge, I was in a state of panic regarding my divorce. I was stressed out about finding some silver lining for both my now ex-wife and myself. All I could imagine was an financial outcome that hurt either one of us to the point of ruin. Option 1: I’m broke + She keeps the car -> I can’t get a job. Option 2: I keep the car -> She can’t make enough money either -> She struggles financially. YIKES! Talk about a nightmare situation!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThis is the most useless law firm that one could waste their money on. My case was taken up by David Burbidge and he is a pathetic lawyer. At best he provided very expensive receptionist services for my case. Where he removed the pertinent information I provided or informed me of thousands of reason why it should not be used (while opposing party wrote unfettered on same points) and moved the file I wrote to the court. Beyond that it is 0 value for money and time invested. No legal counsel, no reasoning in the court. I had to beg him to fight in court and he still did not do so.The only thing he is good at is to talk to the opposing lawyer and reach settlements that would harm you in order to keep his track record of not loosing cases.I wish I had not hired an attorney at all, it would have been a better experience than hiring lawyer from this firm.Stay away at all costs…This is the most useless law firm that one could waste their money on. Very disappointed with the lack of response and sloppy follow up. I had visited this firm to get a living will and Power of Attorney documents. It took much longer than what was promised and now after several months I am still hoping to get an editable copy of the will document so that I can correct typos on my wife’s name across all documents. I can get a PDF software to convert the document to MS Word myself, but that’s besides the point. The company is charging a hefty fee to my employer for providing this service. The least I would expect is a document without typos. Or if you’re too busy to correct your mistakes, just give me an editable copy of the documents. It has been ten days since my last request and I am yet to get a response. I originally approached the law firm in April and as of mid August, I am still without accurate documents. I am guessing they didn’t show this tardiness in billing my employer for the “services” rendered.
