Since 1990, I have presented at dozens of legal technology and ethics seminars across the US for national and state bar associations and for national legal malpractice insurers, teaching ethics and technology to attorneys. Very unprofessional in my opinion and doesn’t even do research on his clients at all. He is not my attorney but somebody else that he’s trying to hide behind. The letter sent to me by Mr. Kashi made no sense at all, words easy words were misspelled, and I’m sorry when all I can read we’ll make out of this letter is my rights as an American citizen are being violated. I knew the court systems were getting bad but this is ridiculous.

I called Mr. Kashi about 6 months ago and he told me he was not taking any more cases at that time. He did refer me to another attorney thou. I called him again today to see if he was accepting new cases yet. Again he said no. He did take the time to give me some good information and provided me with good advise about what to do about my situation. I really appreciate his honesty.
