This attorney seemed nice enough and eager to take our case. He took a retainer fee but never did anything. I couldn’t even speak with him afterwards, only his two office personnel. One was nice and seemed to want to help but never did. The other was always nasty and undermined our case. She actually tried to make us sign documents that would have destroyed our case entirely!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueHe was hired by a family member of mine, charged them $10k up front, then provided poor representation in court. Court documents were inaccurate and illegible. In addition, my family member was never able to get in contact with him, and they discovered he even made deals with the opposing counsel without their knowledge. All in all, his actions weren’t in the best interest of his client. They eventually found another attorney for a fraction of the cost – literally 90% cheaper – with much better representation. He was hired by a family member of mine, charged them $10k up front, then provided poor representation in court. Court documents were inaccurate and illegible. In addition, my family member was never able to get in contact with him, and they discovered he even made deals with the opposing counsel without their knowledge. Unfortunately mr Rhoades is representing a client that didn’t handle a business situation very ethically when i was dealing with him. At court i was told he was on the case now and that he was going to handle the paperwork i needed and he would let me know as soon as it was gotten in two weeks. It has been months and months now. I have already gone to sign paperwork that was needed, but yet again after 2 mo of waiting again nothing has been taken care of. He will tell you exactly what you want to hear whether he means it or not. On top of it, my father was sick and died during the time of our dealings. I called him, and his office a number of times asking if he could call me back for a simple yes or no answer yet never heard back from anyone. If nothing else, he could have asked his secretary to call and say that they couldn’t answer me due to a conflict of interests.

At elevenzies I would expect there would be a service of nice tea and scones to enjoy whilst matters of Judiciary are discussed and plans are set into motion.

Put a 800$ down payment with a 3500 bill paid 100 a week until my court date and no one showed up no phone calls no response of emails by far the worst lawyer i have encountered defiantly don’t refer anyone go to this guy
