Unfortunately, my brother’s health has declined to a point where he was in need of a guardian, and those in charge of the apartment building he lived in took gross advantage of his mental decline. I retained Mr. Haas to help with a guardianship case, and to put a hold on proceedings in my brother’s tenancy case while the guardianship case gets resolved. He understood my frustrations in my brother’s tenancy case, and was able to get court rulings that were helpful to my brother. Especially, when it seemed like all hope was lost and that further advantage would be taken of, it is very much appreciative to have an attorney who understood the case and fought for a just result. Mr. Haas has been very reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive in handling both cases. He explained the guardianship proceedings very well and patiently answered all of my questions. My family and I will be forever thankful to have found someone like Jules to help us out with these legal issues! I highly recommend him!
