Critical: Professionalism, QualityEdit: I am personally not a client; however, Mr. Miller was contacted and subsequently hired by my mother to handle my grandmother’s estate. I was involved as he was hired by our family to represent the estate and it was still a family matter. My review is on the services as witnessed and my own personal experience contacting this attorney regarding services for our family.I did not have direct contact for much of the process with my mom as executor; however, I had to contact with him recently after my mother passed as well- our first contact was fine when I was providing him information from the bank and proof of my mother’s passing.However, he was unprofessional and rude when I contacted him simply to understand the legal notices I was receiving from the court regarding outstanding issues and hearings. Edit: I am personally not a client; however, Mr. Miller was contacted and subsequently hired by my mother to handle my grandmother’s estate. I was involved as he was hired by our family to represent the estate and it was still a family matter. My review is on the services as witnessed and my own personal experience contacting this attorney regarding services for our family.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI was referred to Justin Miller by another attorney. Worst experience. He me feel like I was bothering him from the first time I called in. I needed to add my wife to our deed for our house. He told me that I would have to obtain the current deed and send it to him which I was originally told he would take care of by the referring attorney. I obtained a digital copy of the deed and emailed it to him. He responded and said he received it May 14th and asked me to provide my wife’s name. After that he never sent any additional correspondence. On June 3rd I emailed him again for an update. He never responded. Today I called him and he said “oh I never saw your email it was buried in my inbox” Then when I asked him if he was still going to take care of it he said he could but it wouldn’t be for awhile. What a joke! Clearly he does not value his clients or his reputation. Now I have to find another lawyer because he is “too busy”.
