I’m surprised the other reviews on here. Ms.Kaser was a great mediator for our divorce. We have three children and her counseling background was incredibly valuable in the process. My ex and I both left feeling like the outcome was good for everyone. Neither one of us got everything we wanted, but we both felt it was fair and based on solid legal knowledge. I have already recommended her to someone I know.

Martha Kaser acted as a mediator then declared herself as an arbitrator. My understanding this is AGAINST supreme court rulings. In Minkowitz v. Israeli, A-2335-11T2, 2013 WL 5336454 (N.J. Super. Ct. App. Div. Sept. 25, 2013. Martha Kaser continued to Gift ex $85K over misrepresentation of material facts ballooning daughters $68K college fund to over $543K of suspect stolen assets. Gifted ex $30K for failure to ever negotiate or act in good faith. Ex refused appraisal of house claiming the value was $300K or more as is. Appraisal was $250K if lucky. After this mediation on 9/1/2016 we were to have a MSA no later than 9/30/2016. Ex breached the agreement by 9/28/2016 without any repercussions. MSA was finally ready in December where terms and conditions were added / changed and I’m instructed Martha will make all decisions, if I don’t agree things get worse. Mitigating a custody battle Martha Kaser suggested I pay on Worksheet A for a few months then Worksheet B summer 2017 forward. Now I am in court again as ex looks to switch back to A.

Martha acted as a mediator for my ex and I, and all I can say is stay away. She continuously interjected her opinion, was extremely combative, she described herself as an old “b*tch”, and failed to write down numerous agreements reached during the mediation. Very unprofessional and not thorough at all. Our final agreement sounded like it had been written by our 7 year old son. Some sentences made absolutely no sense as written. Our mediation lasted 3 hours and two of those hours were spent listening to her lecture us on how we should be behaving. The worst part is that we had to go back to court because she refused to write down an agreement that we reached because in her opinion we should wait to make the decision. You should stay away from this obviously very jaded lady.

Martha Kaser is a horrible lawyer who talks big and charges big time for doing absolutely nothing. In fact, this law firm “drums up” charges and do not even provide itemized charges. Absolutely horrible, worst possible lawyer you can have.
