Not very helpful. I ended up paying almost $500.00 for what was quoted as a $75.00 consultation, including the 40 minutes it took her to download a court document using dial-up internet on a 20 year old computer. She was condescending and behind the times when it came to understanding technology. She did not seem to understand what a wifi phone is nor its limitations. This was important for my case. She did tell me how to go to the prothonotary office to look up documents but she does not seem to know you can do that online, which I already had. Office has no bathroom or plumbing. I did NOT retain.
