My husband had an absolutely horrible experience! Didn’t hear from Katonak’s office for 3 MONTHS at one point! Glad lt see it’s temporarily out of business! Had the audacity to side with the opposing counsel when all my husband wanted was to be able to talk to his son on the phone more. Wrote up a letter to the Better Business Bureau and all and once we told him about it he only gave a partial refund. Complete waste of time, money and valuable time in a custody battle!!!

In 2019 My ex husband got temporary custody of the children after making se real false allegations and Brian helped me to get them back! Not every lawyer is the same and not every lawyer is going to fight your case the same. While I would have liked some judgements to be different, I feel Brian did a great job considering the case he was handed. Communication is very poor. He nor his assistants will return calls or emails. And getting advice or help from them is extremely difficult. But I’ve never been thru a divorce before and I do not know the normal process of it all. I just expected more help/advice than I was given, especially when it came to my kids. I felt helpless thru the whole process. But as long as the paperwork and divorce was handled and completed, I guess that’s all that really matters.
