if your case stay longer than usual with USCIS they didn’t contact the office or claim the case is out of processing period they took their money and never heard back from them .they don’t have a good structure of working from home AND ACCESSING CLIENTS DATA whenever i called her office she is not there she just open one branch for money it took me more than a month try to talk with ruby for consultation although I’m client with them .also they care more of new clients to collect money and don’t care of old clients whose cases still pending for paper work She is not professional to treat clients .never recommend to anybody there EVERY WEEK STAFF IS CHANGED .
