Our family had an emergency and needed some papers tweaked because they were not acceptable to our institutions. We were under a time constraint and undergoing family heartache at the same time. She was arrogant, rude and extremely slow to respond. This would have taken her 5 min to fix the papers, but instead she wasted time going back and forth for days via email and refusing our phone calls all the while insisting that her papers were fine. Also, if you ask a question, you are made to feel stupid and a bother. BYE BYE.
