Keith Silverstein is the kind of lawyer you want on your side! When he takes your case, he aims to win. He will interview witnesses and hire whatever experts he needs to help build your case. I was so impressed by that because a lot of lawyers do not want to spend money on expert witnesses in order to minimize losses if they lose the case . He’s confident and indomitable! He attends all interviews with opposing counsel and God help them if they dare to badger his client! I so appreciated that about him. I felt like he had my back and that is so important, especially when you are injured and feel the weight of the world is upon you. He doesn’t shy away from difficult cases, if he believes they’re winnable. That is such a plus because a lot of lawyers these days just don’t want to work more than they have to. They just want to take on the easy cases, thus denying some clients their day in court.
