Dealing with Kelly and Grant has always been a pleasant experience. Erin seems to be my contact person and she is just awesome. I have never seen a person in a law office respond so quickly to emails. Literally I get them back within five minutes after I send them. That is very important when you are involved in this kind of thing because you would like to know what is happening. Aaron kept me abreast of every aspect of the process from the three day notice all the way to the final judgment. Although evictions are not pleasant on either party, Kelly and Grant makes it a smooth and easy experience and a bit less unpleasant. I highly recommend them for anyone who has to do an eviction.

Although everyone at this firm is excellent, I must specifically mention and thank both Lisa and Erin who go above and beyond. Lisa talked to me as if I were family, and Erin kept me posted consistently throughout the process. I actually work for a law firm, who doesn’t specialize in evictions, so I read the reviews for this law firm and gave it a shot. We gave tenant proper notice to vacate. When they did not, Eviction complaint was filed on 4/11. Tenant was served on 4/16, and yesterday, 5/5, the Sheriff removed tenant from the property. If you have troublesome tenants, Kelley and Grant is who you should call.
