They were NOT with me all the way, in fact, they had a separate law firm take over shortly after hiring them for an “in the bag” case. The lawyer they sent me to called to ask the same question THREE TIMES and stopped calling himself when I called him out on it. He was unprepared and obviously had done no research in preparation for my case. I settled for the simple fact that I wasn’t putting my trust in them to get me a better deal. Terrible experience.
