After losing a loved one, that used this law firm I am shocked with their unprofessionalism. I called to let them know their client passed away, they requested a meeting with me, no one spoke about billing. They gave me someone else’s information during the meeting which was by phone. Weeks later I received a bill for services that was not disclosed to me prior to the meeting. They have not returned my many phones calls about the bill they have sent me.
