Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, ValueKen is a nice attorney, but “some” of his staff is the worst of unprofessional and unorganized I’ve experienced. His female paralegal keeps an attitude, very short with me as far as being rude. Do people not realize it takes customers and referrals to bring in money. Attitude reflects leadership. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one. I was constantly being called to duplicate documents that I had already sent. I even tried to get another attorney to take over my case. Ken is a nice attorney, but “some” of his staff is the worst of unprofessional and unorganized I’ve experienced. His female paralegal keeps an attitude, very short with me as far as being rude. Receptionist was pleasant, spent minimal time on hold. My attorney, Leonard Graham, is great. He explains, in detail, each part of the process for my particular case. It’s not over; however I would recommend this lawyer and law firm.

I was recommended to Ken Harris Back in 2016 on two cases , malpractice and workers comp , they did nothing with neither case I gave them everything they needed as for paper work. told me I had a case but in 2017 you send my paper work back for the malpractice and says that the time has expired, no one never really helped me with my workers comp case the attorney Mark Simmons lied never contacted me , never got me back to work or my back pay from being out of work , they did nothing, I would not recommend no one to them and as of this day i still haven’t heard anything from them , I did my own work and got my back pay and got my surgery.
