Going through a horrible time, fighting an agency that was underhanded in their tactics and witnesses that continually lied Doug and and Katy persevered, were always prepared, and had me prepped and protected me in court. As to the naysayers, just because you were, or think, you were wronged, does not mean you have a case, if you are not prepared and cannot give a clear, concise presentation how can anyone expect them to make an investment in you. When taking on a case any law firm is making a huge financial investment in time and money, they earn their percentage in hours and dollars. If you do not like the percentage pony up a retainer and pay hourly. Just realize that a court room is a game and you want the best players, Doug Silverstein is one of the best.

I will not go into details but I was extremely disappointed in the technique used. don’t feel any investigation or cross examinations were done. Basically waited for settlement out of court and took 53% of the settlement. Started @ 40% raised to 44% final settlement 53% went to the attorney office. I was told my case was complicated because they had to file papers>>>WHAT>>>>>> that’s their job but will get very formal and educated with an explanation on why they charged more then stated and further point out the fine print were it states you will be charged extra none of which I was aware of prior to hiring this company……. Very very disappointed.

If these professionals decide to represent you, it should be seen as a privilege and you should feel grateful. Horrible!! So rude!!! Very disappointed and now know why they have bad reviews! I have a very very good case and was am really shopping around for a great lawyer. When I called to explain my case they cut me off before I was even able to provide an answer Everytime a question was asked. I guess when you get so money hungry you forget to treat people as humans. Before I could finish a sentence Atty Brian Kesluk heard my name and voice and stated “there is nothing I can help you with!” Poor disposition and poor unprofessional attitude, sounds prejudicial tone and he never asked what I was calling specifically about. Not a good fit for federal employees stay far away.
