She answered my questions, she guided me in the right direction and she listened. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff! Not to mention she is honest, she was straight forward and let me know I didn’t need her right now and that she didn’t want to take money from me that I didn’t need to spend. I contacted this law firm looking for council. I ended up speaking with Chase Kinney. She has been so helpful!!! She answered my questions, she guided me in the right direction and she listened. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff! Not to mention she is honest, she was straight forward and let me know I didn’t need her right now and that she didn’t want to take money from me that I didn’t need to spend. What lawyer you know would say that? None in my experience. I’m so thankful I called Kinney and Kinney because they are definitely lawyers you want on your side.

Well Chase talked to me and listened to me. She refused to take our case on at first because she didn’t think we needed her just yet. She was truly a blessing. Well we did end up needing her and we retained them for a very reasonable amount. Our case was a Family Custody case with turns and twists everywhere. Both her and Van were outstanding.Chase knows her stuff and knows how to keep you calm and understanding of the entire processshe listened and she approached that court room with nothing but knowledge and facts. I called this practice feeling hopeless. No lawyers were accepting new clients and our case was as messy as it gets. Well Chase talked to me and listened to me. Any halfway decent person with ethical intentions should have no problem getting the best possible outcome. I was faced with the possibility of supervised visitations of my children and a restraining order over a bunch of false accusations. Mr Kinney was able to get the restraining order removed and I was awarded 50 precent custody of my children.
