I had a very difficult case that included the bureaucracy with the state’s Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The intricate layers that I was facing were mind boggling to say the least. My head was not hiding in the sand and would have understood if they had wished to decline.With my first initial appointment I met with the Managing Partner, Damon Kirschbaum and then later I met with Supervising attorney, Andrew O”Shea.
