I was referred to Klima Law Group by my real estate agent (as a buyer). Not only had I never purchased a home before, I had never worked with a lawyer in any capacity. My agent put me in touch with Maryalice, who got a hold of me on the phone immediately. Maryalice was patient and explained the entire process to me in detail. She passed information along to me as I received it, and was quick to communicate with and provide information to the seller’s attorney.
