My husband was charged with 2 counts of arson and resisting arrest. With a long criminal history and 3 prior incarcerations, my husband was looking at a significant time. Mr. Knowles fierce representation of my husband secured a plea deal that would have my husband home between 4 months and a year. The judge ordered the minimum of 4 months. Then I got word that because it was designed as a non repetitive and non dangerous offense (plead to criminal damage) he was able to be released and home with his family in about a month.
