Had appointment to transfer title and older gentleman working was miserable from the moment we walked in the door. No personality and seemed mad at the world. I felt very uncomfortable and will never return to this business for notary work. I should really give them a one star rating but he got the job done that we came in to do.

Critical: ProfessionalismUnfortunately I had a very poor experience with Kotch Notary. I called ahead to get an appointment and was rushed off the phone when I attempted to ask a question about temporary tags. Upon showing up for my appointment I was told they do not issue temporary tags for out of state transit.I attempted to reiterate that I had called ahead and asked however the man I was dealing with was extremely dismissive, once again. This delayed my day and return home as I then had to drive 25 minutes each way to a business that could take care of the temporary tags.It isn’t worth the hassle, just find another business that won’t rush you off the phone. I should have taken that as a sign.Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Kotch Notary. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Kotch Notary. I called ahead to get an appointment and was rushed off the phone when I attempted to ask a question about temporary tags. Upon showing up for my appointment I was told they do not issue temporary tags for out of state transit.

Talked on phone and lady was so helpful and polite going there next week to transfer tags and title. Not to mention much cheaper 25-45 dollars cheaper than other places I have called. Usually open 10-1, 2-5 on weekdays. (They’re at lunch from 1 to 2 pm.) So not bad hours either. Can’t wait to do business with them.
