DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I unfortunately was a victim of very serious domestic violence and the management company where my ex and I lived employed this firm. Their advice to the management company resulted in me losing thousands of dollars worth of furniture. I almost died in the apartment complex and yet the attorneys were rude, completely unprofessional, lied to me, were very slow to respond to phone calls or emails (on the rare occasion that they did). Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueJordan Shifrin represented me pro bono back when I was a Condo President at the Village Green ATRIUM IN WILMETTE and also a volunteer at Interfaith Housing ! He was a good teacher of condo law and I needed his help as I had only just finished my condo board training !!!He went above and beyond the call of duty to help when the building was declared a MOLD MESS by the Environmental Institute of Illinois . I called upon him again in Evanston . He found it necessary to withdraw there due to the HIGH LEVEL OF CORRUPTION !!! Like me & others in the EvanstonMOLD MESS he too wound up with MRSA !!! His writings inspired my book:TICKET TO HELL !!! He either intentionally misquoted the law which indicates they don’t have any ethical standards or unintentionally misquoted the law (that says what kind of an underperformed lawyer he is). After being called out for the misquote, the attorney claimed his feeling got hurt and refused to communicate further lol. I have contacted the company by phone and email over 10 times without a response.
