This is supposed to be a professional services company. I have owned and operated PS companies and know the cornerstone of success for them and their clients is communication. I retained them simultaneously for two different engagements and was profoundly disappointed on both. Emails and Vmail’s not responded to for over a week was the norm. Work was acceptable but took MUCH too long and communication was at their whim and discretion. Find a counselor who puts you first. These folks disappoint and clearly make their schedule THEIR priority; not yours.
