Going through this difficult process with him was not as scary since I could always rely on him knowing what he is doing. When the complications in my case arised Kevin went above and beyond to help me succeed. The communication was always quick and efficient. He was always patient with me as I was asking the same questions over and over again. He (and his team) were never disrespectful or rude. As we all are aware, this process can be very difficult and expensive and there are a lot of people out there who would be happy to scam you. This is not the case. Unfortunately he had 3 different assistants while our case was working through the process. In our first meeting he asked his assistant to explain the process. I found that odd. The 301 application was full of typos and inconsistent information. We had to edit the document and provide the edits to his staff. We scheduled a meeting while in his office only to show up and not be on the calendar.
