My husband and I needed to find a law firm that could help us with our Will and Living Trust. We didn’t know of any so I got on the internet and found Kyle Wynn and Associates. Their main office is in Madison, MS, which is not where we live, however, the ad said they also had an office in Diamondhead, MS, where we live. So, I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting with Elizabeth Wynn. She was very friendly and took the time to get to know us and to find out what we were trying to accomplish. She went over the different scenarios and what she felt would work best for our situation. She explained each option thoroughly and why they would or wouldn’t work for us. She was very helpful by answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. Once the paperwork was completed, she was willing to meet with us at our home due to my husband’s physical limitations. Little did I know how invaluable the trust for my Mom would be when she moved to a nursing facility in late 2018.
