I spoke to Mr Varady and I was upset all day. I had a phone consultation with him and after listening to few details of my story he said “how is that a discrimination?” He didn’t even hear the whole story. I am Asian and I know what discrimination feels like. He could have just said he can’t help me with my case if I was wasting his time. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and IGNORANT human being. I was mentally and emotionally hurt for last 8 months and finally had the courage to call a lawyer and he made me feel worse. Just because he doesn’t need my business doesn’t give the right to talk to a person like that. He is the only person in last 8 months who I shared my story and said it like that. No person will. How can you hurt a person who is already hurting. I would recommend not to consult with a unprofessional lawyer like him. Not a good listener or a great speaker. I called their firm because of the good reviews. Obviously their five star reviews were for his partners.

I used Gary Bundy when buying my first home. He is incredibly intelligent, well mannered, and excellent at explaining everything. Most amazingly, he works ALL THE TIME. weekends, late night, email responses within the hour. He does everything “in house” and gets things done that way more quickly than other lawyers who outsource some of the work. He’s a judge too, so HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. One of the smartest people Iv ever met! Clearly I was impressed.
