Thank you! Attorney Laaksonen and Attorney Cypher did a great job on my cases. They helped me out when they didnt have too. Worked with me on payment. Even worked on their vacation to help get me out of jail and on top of that, got the case dismissed. If u got money for an attorney , then I would hire Attorney Lasksonen or Attorney Cypher no questions asked. Couldn’t be more grateful that their law office is the one I walked into. I hired Theresa with her full knowledge that my case was sloppy, a lot to sort through, and time consuming-she felt that she could do better for me than what I had experienced with a couple of other (male) attorneys. She made me feel cared for, like my voice mattered, like I had a fighting chance. Then suddenly, I wasn’t important anymore. I would email her and Jody, call and leave messages both with Jody and their office machine-to never get returned calls…. I asked Theresa to tell me what a fair amount of time to wait for a response was so that I was not getting unnecessarily impatient when I would hear nothing from my attempts and contact and she told me 24 hour hours was reasonable. Fair! More than fair in my mind from previous experience. I was completely fine with that.
