My wife and I met with Renata Landskind who was both totally professional and just as important to us, wonderfully personable. She gave us plenty of time, answered all of our questions and prepared our documents in a timely manner. She was able to read between the lines and not only was she able to straighten it out she kept our family together and I was finally able to sleep at night. She went out of her way to come to my mother’s house in Staten Island for the initial visit. She also is very resourceful and gave me a number for someone to get my mother Medicaid. She could have done it herself and charged me! My brother said he was buying one of the properties and not to pay the extra money to put it in the trust. She said she would put the house in the trust for nothing! Like I said she’s very compassionate professional knowledgeable resourceful and reads between the lines.
