Brian Lang welcomes the opportunity to resolve any complex dispute but focuses primarily on real estate and commercial litigation. Whether in negotiations, at trial or through mediation or arbitration, he serves as lead counsel, successfully representing domestic and international clients in Michigan’s Circuit Courts and administrative agencies, as well as Federal Court. His practice regularly comprises cross-border issues and parties. Brian formed and chairs Warner Norcross + Judd’s Real Estate Litigation Practice Group, which includes 20 attorneys across the firm’s nine offices. General business clients, too, rely on Brian’s litigation ability to effectively resolve disputes.
