The store is good. Certain items seem to be old ones but price wise it is ok. Not excellent for food stuff but clothes, furniture and furnishings are good to purchase at attractive prices. The staff is well informed and friendly. They assist you to get your goods carried to the car and load it.

Bought furniture from there and ended up paying high shipping fees due to missing part. Better to check product prior to buying if possible. Their Ebay team helped immensely. Tested and shipped correct parts to resolve issues. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Robot Coupe R2n Food Processor from Lapennaco and I am very impressed. It was so well packed for shipping that it could have fallen off the CN tower and it would have been fine. The shipping was also super fast even though I had to pay for shipping but it would have cost me twice that amount to go pick it up, Just saying.Very happy will be doing A LOT more business with these folks

Excellant Customer Service. I had problems with a freeze I had purchased. I called and the manager had it all arraigned for a swap with a new one the same day. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The manager also went above and beyond and gave us a gift card for future use which was so appreciated. The freezer is working perfectly. The sales price on all items is excellant. Highly Recomend this business!

Was at the store in the seaway mall and the older short blonde hair lady (probably the manager) that works there was very rude.i would recommend some customer service training.. I understand if you want people to wear a mask in your store, but to go about it the way this lady did was very unprofessional, incorrect, biased, and just plain rude. If you have signs about wearing masks but people with exemptions are allowrd then youd think your allowed…please correct your signage if you don’t follow these guidelines.

Not a bad place to find some good seasonal finds. Just really run down and dirty looking. Bathrooms are disgusting. They have lots of products from fridges, stoves, bedding, cookware, clothing, toys etc. We picked up a few things and bonus was no tax! Workers are rude and unhelpful when asked, don’t go in here expecting to be amazed, some things are good others not so much. It’s your typical liquidation warehouse.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday of complete customer service. There was a product that was advertised, I called in to find out if it was available, and the assistant who answered the phone was friendly and professional and very helpful. He went into the supplies to ensure me that yes what I needed was there and would be put aside for the time arranged for me to come in. When I arrived at the store I went to the furniture section as directed asked for assistance for the item that had been put away for me and was told to wait just a moment. The assistant came back with the item, double check to make sure that it had the advertised price and that everything was included in the package, took it to the cashier for me, carry the item to my vehicle, loaded it along with the rest of my items and took the cart back into the building so that I didn’t have to. The employees I dealt with where Chris and Colin who we’re a great help, professional and friendly. The experience was maximum customer service without having to ask for assistance, way above my expectation when dealing with a retailer. Thanks guys!
