I had an accident in January and I signed the papers to settle my case in December. It’s almost been 2 months and I still haven’t received my settlement check. Overall I would say horrible service rude customer service and lazy staff. They have been giving me the run around about my settlement check for 2 months now. Ridiculous!

I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of their representation. I was assigned a paralegal to handle my case and she was friendly, diligent and thorough. Nonna Shikh oversaw my entire case and was always helpful and available to speak to me, both on the telephone and in person. The attorney who handled the court work and who was with me for my deposition, Henry Nachtman, was intelligent and fought hard for me. I would not recommend, this law firm to anyone not even my worst enemy they are horrible made me waste a whole year just to tell me my injuries were not enough for case I thought before you take a case you as a lawyer would know if you have a case now I’m stuck with chronic back pain with no compensation. thank you for nothing And a waste of my time Very unprofessional of you. The paralegal natasha was good. She answered my questions. They definitely dont updated up on your case, you have to call and see what’s going on with your case smh. They settlement my case eith one amount then when I get there it was a different amount I was told. The receptionist said oh they didnt call you to explain it, I looked at her and said no. The receptionist said oh. This is not the firm I would recommend to anyone. Please do your research they will ripe you off.

Mediocre service, didn’t feel like my case was important at all. Hardly any status update. Have to always call to be updated and to remind staff of things that needed to be taken care of. Case was settled, but was not happy with the level of customer service.

I saw it coming because right after my first visit to the office i was advised by another unsatisfied customer of the bad service from this law firm and now after two years of horrible representation almost zero comunication just got a letter notifying me that i have no case with vague excuses that only proof the interest put in my case ,but seriously after all this months ?, i started to get bit suspicious after several intends to get the status of my case and never a valid answer was given.Thats what i call a act of professionalism .Bravo!! Hooray!! i just got a answer.Finally thanks god!,it couldn’t be so fast it only took this so called lawyers 730 days to find out that my case doesn’t worth the try.

I dont no where to start with this law firm…..ok let’s start with they will never call you on updates to your case ..you have to keep calling and calling I do not recommend this law form… You the client is not important to them is about numbers…….. I had shoulder surgery and yes I’m still in pain .I had surgery a year ago … and still waiting for a call back … I just want to be treated fair with respect and honesty….. that why I gave your one star.
