Paid them to fight a ticket for me … guess what? It’s still in the system never got any updates. I would always call them and not get much details back . Thinking about calling them up soon again and see what happened because seriously what’s the point of paying for something to not get much details back.

I had a traffic citation that was supposed to be dealt with by attorney sanchez but without my notice had another attorney cover for him. I kept calling for updates and was given the wrong information about the decision and court date because the other attorney who covered for sanchez had an incompetent assistant who did not update sanchez lawfirm.

This law firm will NOT help your case! The assistants that answer the phone, dont actually work on your case, they are a buffer between u and Roberto, so he never has to directly talk to you. I never got to speak or meet with Roberto, even after i requested a meeting with him. I did all the work for my case and over 30 days later they have nothing to show for it! They had the nerve to have an assistan call me and TELL ME WHAT ROBERTO SAID! They diddnt even have the decency of having Roberto tell me this. Over all this place lacks communication, expertise, and care. Which is needed after being in a car accident. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE!

I have used Mr. Sanchez twice. First for a couple of tickets I received, which were dismissed and then later for an auto accident. I was very pleased with the money he got me, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend him.

The worst service with the three secretaries Mr Sanchez has in his office, they don’t care if your the client and they are super rude the supposed assistant is an old lady named Mary and you can’t aske her anything cause she will right away jump on the clients and the other two girls there which is Monica and Desired can’t asked them anything because if they don’t like it they will answer super rude very bad experience and after the insurance send our checks the lawyer signed them on 9/11/17 and the secretaries did not give them to me till they felt like it because they didn’t like the fact I would call to ask them questions if I would have to get an attorney again would never go back to Mr Sanchez not only that after him getting paid more than 17,000 dlls they still charged me almost 200 dlls for suppose paperwork when I got them all the hospital papers pictures and all the information of the accident,I am glad all this is over hope Mr Sanchez one day founds out of all the unprofessional things this 3 ladies do at his office with his clients
